Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral if you are attending as a private patient.

Veterans Affairs patient and Medicare EPC patients must bring all required documents to their physiotherapy sessions.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment? CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend your appointment 24 hours’ notice is required or the FULL consultation fee may be charged.

Not showing up to your appointment incurs a charge of the FULL consultation fee.

*If you or someone in your home has Covid-19 please contact the clinic as soon as possible to discuss.

Can I claim with my Private Health Insurance?

Yes, for your convenience, HICAPS facilities for on-the-spot claiming are available.

You must bring your card with you on the day of your consultation.

*EFT and Credit facilities are also available.

*Payments must be made on the day of consultation.

How long do appointments go for?

All appointments are typically for 30 minutes.

An extended appointment may be necessary in some circumstances

What steps are you taking to prevent against Covid-19?

Your physio is fully vaccinated

Treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected between patients

All waiting areas and shared surfaces and equipment are regularly disinfected.

Hand sanitizer is located at the front entrance

Air Purifiers have been placed in the waiting area and in treatment rooms.
